How We Source
How We Source
Clear ingredient identity comes first. We source through selected suppliers and keep the product name, botanical identity where applicable, form and pack size visible on the label and product page.
1. Ingredient review
We check that the supplied material matches the ingredient and form we intend to sell—for example whole leaf, dried flower, flakes, powder or seed kernels.
2. Supplier and batch records
We retain purchase and supplier records and review available batch documentation. Supplier-issued certificates of analysis are available for select raw-material batches; availability varies by product and batch.
3. Honest product presentation
We avoid describing products as organic or independently tested unless the corresponding evidence applies to that specific product. Ingredients, pack size, storage and preparation guidance are stated as clearly as possible.
4. Packaging and storage
Dried ingredients are packed in metal tins designed to reduce routine exposure to light, air and moisture. Customers should keep tins tightly closed, use a dry spoon and store them away from direct sunlight.
