Dispatch and delivery

In-stock orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch; express options, where offered at checkout, typically take 3 to 5 business days. Remote pin codes, holidays, weather and carrier delays can add time. Tracking is sent after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499.

Returns

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged or defective, or when the wrong product was sent. Keep the item and original packaging, do not use it, and email info@gsragrotraders.com with your order number before sending anything back. See the Refund Policy for full conditions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the outer package and item to info@gsragrotraders.com with your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
