How to Brew Moringa Herbal Tea

Moringa herbal tea with moringa leaves, dry ginger, Krishna tulsi and ashwagandha

Prep: 8 mins  ·  Serves: 1 to 2

People call it tea because they need to call it something.

Moringa Herbal Tea contains no green tea, no black tea, and no caffeine. It is a blend of four ingredients: moringa leaf, dry ginger, Krishna tulsi, and ashwagandha. Together they make an earthy, aromatic cup with a gentle ginger finish.

This is not a heavily flavoured blend. It tastes like what it contains: four real ingredients brewed simply.

Four ingredients, one unhurried cup.

What Is In It?

Sendriya Life Moringa Herbal Tea contains four ingredients and nothing else.

  • Moringa leaf: mild, grassy, and earthy. It gives the brew its green base.
  • Dry ginger: warm and gently spicy. It brings a familiar ginger finish.
  • Krishna tulsi: peppery and aromatic, with a clove-like depth.
  • Ashwagandha: earthy, slightly bitter, and grounding in flavour.

The ginger and tulsi appear first, while moringa and ashwagandha settle into an earthy finish.

How to Brew It

  1. Bring 300ml of water to a boil.
  2. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Moringa Herbal Tea.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat, cover, and rest for 1 minute.
  5. Strain into a cup.
  6. Add honey if you prefer a sweeter cup.

When to Drink It

Because the blend contains no caffeine, it can be enjoyed whenever a warm herbal cup suits your day: morning, afternoon, or evening.

Can You Re-Steep It?

Yes. A second steep for 3 to 4 minutes makes a lighter cup. Try both steeps and choose the flavour you prefer.
