What is Shilajit? It is a dark, mineral-rich resin associated with high-altitude mountain regions. Sendriya Life sells it as a 20 g Himalayan Shilajit resin in a jar—not as a powder or capsule. Here are the practical answers to read before choosing it.
What does “resin” mean on this product?
Resin describes the dense, sticky form inside the jar. You measure a small amount, dissolve it in warm water or milk, and consume it according to the pack directions. The product comes with a branded flat spoon marked at 250 mg and 500 mg.
Is Sendriya Life Shilajit purified?
Yes, the packaging describes it as purified using a Triphala decoction. The label also identifies the product as an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine and lists Shilajit (Asphaltum) extract at 1,000 mg per 1 g. For batch-specific documentation, contact Sendriya Life rather than relying on a generic “purity test” seen online.
What do the 70% and 85 figures mean?
The front of this specific pack states “70% fulvic acid” and “85 trace minerals.” They are label statements about the product composition, not a claim that every person will experience a particular result. The product page shows the current pack photography so you can inspect the label yourself.
Where does Shilajit come from?
Shilajit is commonly described as a mountain-formed material. This pack describes a high-altitude Himalayan source. We present that as the product’s label description; it is not a substitute for a batch-level origin or laboratory certificate.
How do I use the 20 g jar?
The on-pack direction is a pea-sized amount, approximately 300–500 mg once daily, dissolved in warm water or warm milk—not boiling liquid. For a step-by-step walkthrough, read our simple Shilajit resin warm-water ritual guide.
Who should avoid it or seek advice?
The label says it is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take medication or are under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of children’s reach and do not use a jar with a broken, damaged or missing seal.
