How to use
Take a pea-sized amount (approximately 300–500 mg) once daily. Dissolve in warm water or warm milk—never boiling liquid. Use consistently at the same time each day.

The front pack states 70% fulvic acid and 85 trace minerals. Net weight: 20 g. The label identifies this as an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine and lists Shilajit (Asphaltum) extract at 1,000 mg per 1 g.
Storage and cautions
Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Resin may firm in cold weather; warm the closed container in your hands. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if the seal is broken, damaged or missing.
